DXVK incompatible

I run a d3d9 hook called DXVK. It directs some execution of the code to the Vulkan renderer and allows the game to run much smoother in many cases. It was built for Linux applications, but works nicely on Windows computers. The new HUD does not work at all with DXVK injected, meaning it doesn't show up at all. It's available here on GitHub https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk - must use 1.7.3 under releases so it works with TS.

I don't want to sacrifice performance for a new HUD. The game already doesn't run well as it is.
