[Feature Suggestion] Manually Complete Tasks

Hi,

It would be nice to have a feature where you could manually make a task be considered complete within a scenario.

A few times I have found myself in situations (particularly in scenarios with complicated order, like shunting), with the game recognizing that I have completed a task, without RWE recognizing it, leaving me unable to complete the scenario using RWE.
