I have same problem as him. I miss nothing except few buildings from AHS (atlantique high speed) which i refuse to buy for quality vs price reasons.
Bottles in tunnels, missing tunnels (tracks in air as another poster already expressed long ago), block of dirt in front of tunnel.. RW(TS tools) shows nothing missing but 2 catenary objects from lus0rious (which i dont believe are even used as i cannot see any missing in game)

perhaps install went wrong?
