    SimExpress CC 21000 QWERTY input mapper

    At present, the Simexpress CC 21000 only comes with an AZERTY inputmapper, after getting tired of using Q for throttle and W for brake, I put together a QWERTY inputmapper.
    Changes:
    Auto Startup ctrl+w
    Train Brake ; '
    Loco Brake [ ]
    sel_tension_control (don't know what it is) .
    Reverser W S
    Bypass Lever Q E
    Notches A D
    Side cab lights M
    Technical Bulletin shift+;
