If the "batch" copy file does not work during installation (permissions issue is usually the problem), you can do the copy manually:
1) Navigate to your installation folder "Railworks".
2) Go to Assets\SKtrains\HVI10\RailVehicles\Coaches\I10 NewLook\IGS and copy "HVI10_NewLook_160Clim.GeoPcDx"
3) Place in the following folders :
Assets\SKtrains\HVI10\RailVehicles\Coaches\I10 Couchette\IGS
Assets\SKtrains\HVI10\RailVehicles\Coaches\I10 Couchette2\IGS
