La Bosse OLE problem

Hi chaps,

 

though i have installed all assets on my new computer the OLE on La Bosse is not appearing correctly - I have much of the main steel work but some small part and the contact wires themselves aren't appearing, please see the screenshot attached. WHen i go into editor there is also not a path for the assets, can anyone guide me as what is going wrong - as otherwise it is all working!

Further too this as you can see I have found this example where the runoffs are present, without an asset location in the field in world editor, this seems very strange to me! For clarity my scenery density and quality are both set to maximum
