Blurry/grainy graphics

Hello there,

first of all, I really like RW Enhancer 2 and I'm really satifsfied with the enhancements so far.
I have a small problem with my graphics settings. I always have some sort of grainy effect, that makes my game look kind of blurry. I attached an uncompressed screenshot, where you can see this effect especially at the bottom around the levers: (Full size link: https://iili.io/4NrvFp.png)

Which setting do I have to adjust, to get rid of this? I have mostly all shader settings on default, Vulkan Renderer enabled. TS settings: 1920x1080, Anisotropic x 8, Anti-Aliasing SSAA3x3.
