i was wondering if there is a way to get rid of flickering tree branches and leaves whilst driving..

use reshade an activate TAA Shader this is the best option to get rid of that 

ReShade with the following shaders active -
 

-TAA

-Adaptive sharpen

u can experiment with thos settings too:

-FocalDOF.FX 
-PD80_04_Contrast_Brightness_Saturation.fx
-PD80_04_Selective_Color_v2.fx
-PPFX_Bloom.fx
-PPFX_Godrays.fx
-FXAA.fx
-HexLensFlare.fx
-Levels.fx
-MagicHDR.fx

first i would only use TAA and maybe adaptive sharpen just try

Hi, maybe try to set the antialiasing setting higher ?

Thankyou..increasing the antiliasing helped lower the flickering.its not noticible like it was..
