Update 0.7.45.0 is available !

Hello everyone ! 

Update 0.7.45.0 is now available. This update is bringing some important fixes to the service tasks handling system. When you are running late on your timetable, RWE 2 won't make you wait at stations or stop points as long as before and the duration of the stop will be shortened just like TS is handling this kind of situation. This is quite a long standing issue and it should be much better now with this update. 

As usual there is also some other minor improvements and fixes in this update too  

The work on the French and German translation is still going on and take longer than anticipated, thank you for your patience and see you soon for a new update
