Azure voices not working

For some reason my azure voices are not working , sapi are working but nothing when I switch to Azure. I hae a premium membership and they have been working fine previously.

Any idea how to solve please.

Microsoft has introduced a bug in a recent windows update that was causing this issue with azure servers. However it is fixed in a recent windows update, have you updated windows correctly recently ? Are you using windows 10 or 11 ?

Im on windows 10 and it says I am all up to date apart from the following:

Optional quality update available

2022-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018482)

Here is the Microsoft fix for this issue for Windows 10: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5020435

You need to download and install the right version according to your current Windows 10 version and it will fix this issue. Alternatively you can try to download the "2022-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018482)" which might include this fix
